Every source behind the trades, prices and headlines, what is taken from each and the known limits. Data as of 2026-09-29 (29 September 2026).

| CapitolTrades | Trades by members of the US House and Senate, with filing dates and dollar ranges. | Congress reports dollar ranges, not exact amounts, and filings arrive up to 45 days after a trade. Some issuers carry no ticker and are not scored. |
| US House Clerk and Senate Office of Public Records | The original periodic transaction reports that Congress members must file under the STOCK Act. | These are the primary records. This site does not read them directly; it reads a collector that does. |
| SEC EDGAR Form 4, via Finviz | Open market buys and sells by company officers, directors and large holders, with SEC filing times. | Only open market buys and sales are used. Proposed sales (Form 144) and option exercises are left out. |
| Yahoo Finance | Daily split and dividend adjusted closing prices, used to score trades against the S&P 500 (SPY). | Some tickers, especially delisted or foreign ones, have no usable price history and are not scored. |
